It is a running joke that PS will sit in her office and Google job sites. I have walked in on her and so have others. If you need a dream, come, they will sell you oneBonuses are based on I achievable goals and raises are done yearly in June. If you start after January 1st you do not qualify for a raise and you have to wait until next July.

Cons

This would take allay and it is not worthy of my time and energy. Closed door rules. Meetings held for supervisors and management only then you're told do it no questions allowed.

Job security Assignments are usually clearly defined Management is very understanding

Cons

Work load only has two modes: too busy and nothing to do. Its possible to go months without work Teams do not directly interact nor do they like each other, this causes serious stagnation in work flow Management is often too hands off, and personal issues between coworkers often become huge issues

I have been with AmTrust for over 10 years and have held many positions within the company. I like change and a challenge, AmTrust gives me both. It's a friendly, fast paced environment that promotes within. It's great working for a company that continues to evolve and with management who listens to their employees.

Cons

The pay could be better.
