Very simple audit methodology, meaning work is often easy and non-challenging (Pro/Con)

Cons

The Management team refuses to acknowledge change, resulting in incredibly high turn-over rates. Bonuses are paid to Management first, leaving little/none for regular staff. Management occasionally threaten and intimidate staff members to work longer hours due to high staff turnover, but rarely stay late themselves. Basic pay is below the market rate.

Pros

On a personal level AmTrust are fairly decent. The pros for me are: Good package overall, salary and bonus are decent Excellent holidays due to additional "AmTrust Days" on Jewish festivals Good private health care package Friendly helpful colleagues (mostly)

Cons

The upper IT management are mostly incompetent bullies. Huge decisions are made on a whim in the US without any consultation with affected staff and usually without any attempt whatsoever to understand even the rudiments of English law or work culture. This tends to annoy people so they leave and the company complains they can't keep their staff. Training and career progression are non existent as are inductions. HR are more concerned with DEI boxticking than retaining and developing staff. Bradford office (it isn't in Leeds despite the blurb) is OK but the location is grim. At least the parking is free. Retention is woeful so people are overworked with expectations changing in an instant.
