      Good company but has some issues..

      Pros

      - Senior staff very friendly and approachable - Flexible working hours with good work/life balance - Discounted gym benefits - Good pension benefits

      Cons

      - Office environment is outdated with a lack of facilities - The staff experience is more suited to US employees - Very tight packed office which can get extremely noisy - No breakout/lunch areas on site - Not enough meeting rooms so calls are often taken at desk which disturbs others - Outdated software that doesn't serve purposes well - Feedback often not taken on board or ignored - Zero phone reception or WiFi in the office, you will miss calls and messages until you leave the premises.

      Some good colleagues

      Pros

      At my time there I had some good colleagues and leadership who revamped the IT team to bring it forward to the modern age.

      Cons

      The tech debt levels were extreme. The overall political culture at every senior level really challenging. No real progression opportunities and ways of working were very prescriptive but changed frequently.

      Good doers appalling management

      The people on the shop floor so to speak are good people working hard in difficult circumstances

      Cons

      Complete disconnect between staff and management. Most removed SLT i've ever experienced
