Friendly and collaborative environment. Growing company that has a totally different vibe compared to the big insurance company environments. Encouraging management who are focused on career growth and assisting employees to learn/grow in their role. Generous holiday time off schedule. Good benefits including Amwell.

Cons

Only con may be somewhat of outdated systems but they are currently working to improve this.
