Good benefits. Good time off (Jewish holidays included). Nice environment. Productive atmosphere.

Cons

Not much communication with AmTrust directly so not sure on any specific cons but maybe they could have more of a presence within the sub companies.

Pros

I enjoy my role and i like everyone who i work with, I think the company is generous with the events (e.g Christmas party, summer party, quarterly events) i think it is good to spend time with your colleagues outside of work,

Cons

I dislike how long the quizzes take every month and when we get sent numerous at once, It can be hard to squeeze these quizzes in whilst managing your workload but they are more manageable when they are audio or video explained.
