Pros

Supportive Executive Leadership, excellent training and resources to achieve success in current role. Overall positive environment with excellent pay, and time off that enable great life work balance in a career with endless possibilities.

Cons

There is the expectation that you will complete your job functions as outlined in the claim handling practices. It is not always easy, but possible and leadership will provide you with the resources, training and tools needed to be successful.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The work is interesting and challenging. I feel like I am helping people and making a difference. There appears to be a lot of growth opportunities. The benefits are great!
