Easy, laid back, lots of vacation time and pro given.

Cons

High turnover and layoff rates, once you get promoted the higher chance you have of being laid off. Management don’t understand the job.

Lots of holiday time, Manager is very helpful, and co-workers are wonderful. Love opportunity to offset my health insurance premium.
