      Competitive Salary to the deserving, which is fair.

      Where do I start? There was a Manager previously that did a wonderful job and kept her employees happy. Fortunately, the Manager was promoted to a higher position and passed on her previous position to an undeserving person. Ever since then, the office has been in chaos and the big bad Wolf continues to blow the house down. You wonder why that person is still employed there is a mystery.
