Pros

Pay steadily increases at AmTrust. Good amount of PTO (you still have to complete your work, but you don’t have to be there the day of PTO). Office culture is good. Depending on your manager, you may also have a good relationship with your boss. Upper management in the office is very good.

Cons

Every change in policy makes daily life harder or more complex. Management is regularly adding more steps to complete the same task. We lost a work from home day. Working after hours is necessary.

Nice building area Will paint a pretty picture of how great it is to work there

Cons

Leadership is never there to answer questions or concerns, need better management team, they also aren’t flexible with hours or opportunities like they claim

There is no growth for nurses and it was verbalized by the COO. No growth for management in nursing. COO thinks the nurses gave up on medical field.
