      Hybrid work and extra holidays

      Cons

      Don't like to promote or pay fair wage compared to what glassdoor reports as median salary for the location. They are way off.

      Good bonus this year. Reasonable workload currently. Friendly co workers.

      Cons

      Raises sucked this year. Several jewish holidays where we're supposedly closed but they ask for skeleton crew.
