The pay was good and the time off was a good as well. They had great benefits All the way around.

It was rough to work there day in and day out with little to no support from Anyone above you!

Pros

At my time there I had some good colleagues and leadership who revamped the IT team to bring it forward to the modern age.

Cons

The tech debt levels were extreme. The overall political culture at every senior level really challenging. No real progression opportunities and ways of working were very prescriptive but changed frequently.
