      Don't like to promote or pay fair wage compared to what glassdoor reports as median salary for the location. They are way off.

      Decently good company to work for

      Pros

      Lots of diversity here. Love the Bonus Incentive at the year end. Nice to have parking and cell phone reimbursement.

      Cons

      Have to work downtown, required to be in office 3 days a week. The yearly wage increase is terrible no matter what your performance is.
