The pay. That's all, the only good thing.

Cons

I took the job because they bragged about how good they are about communication but it's incorrect. They put me with a client who was doing drug deals in front of me and I'm guessing she's still a client, even though they said they drop people for that. They also have clients with severe dementia that need EXPERTS and they expect to throw someone in that has NO TRAINING because they don't do that either. My second replacement client was an abusive woman and they didn't even tell her why she kept having to change caregivers. They don't have Healthcare, and when I asked about it, I was ignored.

Staff helpful usually when you call to ask a question.

Cons

Not enought hours and gives it to favourites. Even when the request the caregiver. I never was able to use the health care. Whenever I try and went to the clinic they never accept it.
