The owner does everything to ensure every employee feels connected and appreciated. I've been here for a few months and genuinely look forward to a long-term career here.

The staff really appreciates everyone and has open communication.

Cons

Difficulty with consistent hours due to nature of the business. Unfortunately with Senior Care there can be unexpected inturuptions of care due to hospitilizations, etc. Flexibilty is key to keeping hours and getting fill in or reassignments.
