Pros

If you need flexibility this is a great job for you. But you also need to be able to drive to locations that may be quite far away from each other. It is possible to get a set schedule but you may also need to supplement with additional clients they may assign you if they don't currently have a full schedule for you.

Cons

Having to drive all over. Not getting enough hours. They pay is not the best.
