Being a live in carer,it's your dedication to improve another person's quality of life by maintaining as much of their independence as possible and gain confidence to do there daily activities.

Cons

Being a live in carer,long hours of work are involved because you strive to do the best for your client which is so tiring.

“Flexible schedule”- it’s flexible sure… available? Not so much

Cons

-Management doesn’t care about caregivers. -Promises hours but will have nothing in the area they hire for. -If there’s a medical emergency they will belittle you the entire time you’re making a report. -I took a job way outside of my mileage and received a $5 Panera bread gift card va being paid mileage which was extremely unprofessional.
