      Pros

      * Global footprint, so you can change teams every 1-2 years on different offices across the world. * Excellent work life balance. * Interesting projects, depending on the team / department. * Very sane and respectful people, from top management to individual contributors. * Very stable industry, resilient to recessions.

      Cons

      * Processes are incredibly slow and production stability force everything to move at a snails pace. * Very slow career progression. * Not very competitive pay ranges.

      flexibility, space to be creative and entreprenurial

      Cons

      lots of issues with systems not talking to one another, but the biggest challenge was billing. As systems evolved over time, or were sunsetted or upgraded, the billing system struggled to keep up and customers were often invoiced incorrect amounts over large periods of time. Selling was not hard since the products are solid but dealing with account cleanup was a massive time consumer
