      They Changed The Title of GDS Director

      Pros

      Work from home so we get to stay out of the filthy Schaumburg office.

      Cons

      Instead of improving operations, Schaumburg just changed the title of GDS Director. More of the same paper shuffling and plausible deniability. Department is losing revenue like a sieve.

      -lots of things to learn, ahead in some new tech -lots of really brilliant people -moving forward on agile, devops mindset, cloud tech

      Cons

      -some directors stay in place and they are not good managers, they constantly fight fires that they could prevent but they delay decisions, maybe to afraid to fail and fires always come back... they are reactive, not proactive.
