Cons
Management with unclear guidelines, inability to manage activities and manage and coordinate people. No induction and introduction to new hires except for some online trainings. depends No contribution for personal improvement and learning. HR ghosting from day 1. No follow up. Company outside looks great, inside it is struggling if you meet the wrong people.
