Good pay, awful environment

Pros

They provide a pretty competitive salary for the region, despite paying in dollars which considerably affected my final paycheck with depreciation of local currency, yet this is beyond their control.

Cons

The work environment is less than desirable, they have an extremely outdated management method in general and have little to no appreciation for entry-level peer collaboration with leadership. In a bit over 2 years, leadership was reorganized and redistributed at least 4 times, which caused peers and leaders to leave constantly. No game plan, with the constant excuse being "we started during the pandemic" 2 years in is unacceptable at minimum.

Pros

- competent and caring people, even outside work - decent pay and benefits - fun environment - ideal office location (Taguig, Philippines) - hybrid work setup - encourages employees to voice out their opinions

Cons

- been working for 5+ years, only had little to no career progression - so much trainings and learning opportunities/avenues but no time is provided for employee to study - limited skills can be learned, with the team I'm part of - lacks MANPOWER, makes you shoulder work more than what you can handle, and sometimes out of your job description/what you were oriented to do with less support because their plates are full as well - pay and benefits could be higher, considering the stress and good performance of the company - recently, my work-life balance disappeared
