Lack motivation. Have incompetent people as VP and managers. No growth. Systems are outdated. Finance is the worst are possible. Micromanage work. HR turns a blind eye to everything. Lose good workers for poor management

Expected to work like a robot to get things done on a deadline. There are a handful of awful co workers whose jobs are protected by the union. The company refuses to update their processes to more modern options making low level employment repeatedly do and undo the work while carelessly wasting resources. The pay is way to low for the job and they reward seniority over hard work with minimal options to move up in the company.
