      The diversity makes you feel welcomed. Time off and holidays off are generous. The possibility of promotion is about 70% employees like to pitch in and help

      The pay not being equivalent to the position. A lot of mismanagement

      The work schedule is feasible and the benefits are great

      weird structure a lot of old timers who don't want to teach or train employees. No room for growth and places to go

      Pros

      Management and staff are very helpful and competent. Each position offers hands-on training so that you can become familiar with work you will be doing. Most positions in the company are union. The environment is more of a casual one and laid back but nevertheless, it is still business oriented.

      Cons

      The salary is very low compared to other companies with the level of job and duties. There are no salary increase for attaining an advanced degree. Employees are sometimes not recognized for their hard work.
