      Good pay, good benefits, professionalism.

      Cons

      Long hours, only one shift but has to start at 6:00 in the morning. Rude and racist management

      Pros

      Located in a rather scenic and quiet area of Jeffersonville with nearby access to a wide range of foods as well as Historic Louisville

      Cons

      The company often leaps before it looks, employing new team members for projects and work that have not been secured. This leads with a low work load day-to-day. Management and supervisors are promoted based on tenure and not merit.

      Pros

      Amatrol is a great company to work at f because the leadership is committed to developing awesome interactive multimedia software and training equipment that make students successful. They give me great tools to work with and update me to the latest software every year. Also, the people I work with are very collaborative and want to work together as a team.

      Cons

      There is so much to do that we all work long hours, so more vacation would be a plus.

Hopefully you agree the 2016 changes to our PTO policies are generous, especially the annual cash buyout program on each employee's work anniversary.
