For the past two years and our ongoing plan is to limit our work week to a maximum of 44 hours in manufacturing to help with work/life balance (Mon-Thu 6AM - 3:30PM, Fri 6AM - 2:30PM). For those that WANT more overtime, we offer an additional 4 hours on Saturdays from 6AM - 10 AM.
