      Clean factory and professional appearance. Superior product.

      Cons

      The family owners have created a very toxic work place. They demean the employees and have a strangle hold on making any updates or upgrades to anything . It has gotten worse year over year and we have many people leaving or looking to leave. The job market is too strong to put up with these owners. On top of the poor morale due to constant fear of doing something wrong they just don't have a clue how to create a positive work place.
