Really great home health company!

Pros

Flexible hours. Available office staff to answer any questions you have. Great pay and benefits as compared to other home health agencies. All electronic documentation a plus.

Cons

Would be nice to have an employee site where you can look at your pay stubs instead of getting them mailed.

Locally owned. Owner onsight. Wide variety of insurances accepted.

Cons

High school atmosphere. The Director and owner play into it. They take. 2 hour lunches with the in crowd, while the others are left to pick up the slack. Lots of gossip and HR participates in the gossip as well. Management allows folks to wander all day and gossip, and expects others to help when they get behind.

Flexibility and freedom to be creative, great Christmas parties, nice offices, good salary, has the potential to be a really good company.

Cons

Tough industry to be in because of the politics related to OASIS and CMS, staff can play games and lots of drama.
