Pros

This company acquires smaller companies and turns them corporate. Some of the leaders from the smaller companies stay on in supervisor roles, which is nice.

Cons

They don’t listen to employees. They promised not to take anything away, and then cut salaries/reimbursement and fired many staff members.

Cons

If you work for one of their big money maker clients, you will be expected to do things that are unsafe and/or not part of your job duties. You will be expected to take care of up to 5 total care trach/vent kids by yourself. If the other nurse has daycare problems and brings her own three kids to work with her so she doesn't miss a days work, you will be expected to help take care of her kids as well as your patients. You will be expected to help babysit other kids in the house who do not need nursing. If you raise concerns to Amazing Care about these situations, you are let go for not being a team player.
