Amazing Care does not value their employees or comply with FMLA for pregnant mothers. They value growth and money over employee and patient happiness. The organization and management is poor, along with the benefits. The pay is not very good either for the work requested of you. There is little support when needed.

Poor pay, benefits, lack of organization.

Pros

This company acquires smaller companies and turns them corporate. Some of the leaders from the smaller companies stay on in supervisor roles, which is nice.

Cons

They don’t listen to employees. They promised not to take anything away, and then cut salaries/reimbursement and fired many staff members.
