In my experience, client care was the top priority. For the most part, the field staff are very good.

Cons

Poor employee treatment. If you go to management with a concern, they will usually tell you why you are wrong. They seriously under value and under respect CNA’s. Give an inch, they will take a mile.

Cons

Couldn't think of any. Since they are the masters of the art of communication, make you loose the trust of what they say.
