      Pros

      There are zero pros working for this company. Only desperate license professionals will continue working for a company that takes advantage of licensed cosmetologist and aestheticians.

      Cons

      Very low pay, doing client after client without breaks. No overtime pay and broken promises. Fixing inexperienced stylists refills. Front desk girls make the same if not more money than the lash stylist.

      Pros

      Free lashes..though you spend more time laying on the table getting them, than actually being able to wear them. 25% off products

      Cons

      *your starting pay is $10 hourly + $5 commission off every new member you sign up + 10% on products *very low member sign up rate due to poor quality of lashes *hardly any product purchase because of how upset clients are with results of lashes *pushing people to make a year commitment to something that isn't actually good *lashes don't last longer than two weeks no matter how good of after care, application, or growth of natural lashes. The actual Amazing Lash Products just don't work themselves *everything is just about making a dollar and not caring about the customer or employees *management dumps all their extra tasks on you and sits around and does nothing *does not pay overtime

      Great coworkers that work with me up front. 40 hours every week Meet some cool people Free eyelashes and discounts on products

      Cons

      Huge turn around Pay isn't great and commission is little to nothing Management enforces protocols and new rules but then doesn't even follow it. There is no order. Drama all the time. This place is always in shambles.
