      Pros

      Beginner level training is the only benefit I can think of.

      Cons

      Worked extremely hard for minimum wage. Not flexible, not a fair company in whom they choose to promote. Products don't work well and some don't work at all. Studio is extremely cold. Unpleasant work environment and they overbook you so you miss your breaks and lunches. They don't appreciate hard work. Felt like what I'd imagine a sweat shop would feel like.

      No pros other than my manager is sweet and I like my clients

      Cons

      Asian owed, very cheap and unnappreciative. They pay $9 a hour, and 5% commission on products. They press selling products yet they keep saying they're going to raise commission on it but never do and just keep lying about the dates. The front desk girls get the exact same pay as the stylist!! Plus they get $10 off of every membership sold and the stylist get $3. Flat out ridiculous!! Eyelash placement is very tedious and a work of art yet the front desk gets the same pay!! The glue is the most horrible of them all, it makes the clients literal come back in 2 weeks. They scam their clients!!

      Pros

      Awesome, friendly coworkers. I loved coming to work purely to see them. Clients are nice for the most part too! And you get free lashes.

      Cons

      Management is selfish and caddy. Sometimes I felt like I was working for a clique of high school girls. Management picks favorites and makes it obvious. The pay is HORRIBLE.
