      Pros

      You get your lash done free but they make you stop if clients call so you look stupid walking around with half work. Or you need to go in on your days off.

      Cons

      They tell you to start off at $9 and work your way up to senior stylist with more pay but you can go over and beyond for them and they dont care about you. The owner's dont know what you go through managers just care about looking good. They just care about them making money and getting new members that get what they pay for. Its all about quantity not quality and pining clients to get memberships that give them poor quality service.

      Pros

      Free extensions for employees. Receptionists book appointments.

      Cons

      Pay is CRAP. Do not believe them when they say that $9/hr plus a measly 5% commission is going to magically get you anywhere remotely close to a 50k income. The manager will try to sell you, and once you sign, you have sold yourself. You will be harassed to make sales before you even learn how to apply the extensions. Management did not care about the quality of the work. They are focused purely on profits. Stay away from this company at all costs.

      Pros

      Tips are great and customers are loyal. Free lashes for employees, great location. The lash consultants are great and that's about it!!

      Cons

      Poorly managed, lack of respect, pay is not great for the amount of work you do, need to hire cleaning crew, owners don't care about quality work only quantity and they treat us like robots!!
