-lack of proper management -high management turnover -high stylist turnover -reality vs expectations for goals does not align -they say what you want to hear to keep you satisfied and happy -lack of proper supplies, from lashes to products and tools needed to be used -often ran out of lashes and proper adhesive -lack of ownership from management, they will leave you behind and only worry about themselves -too many stylist on the books but not enough guests. -stylist getting called off or only coming in for 1-3 clients -masters had lots of waived fees for guests wanting to see you -you’ll hit a dead end at this company or they will make your life hell by putting you in a hole you can’t climb out of and they won’t care of course -you are pretty much on your own when it comes to supplies you want or need, sub par tools and products for stylist -any way for the company to be cheap they take that route -unless you like talking to a wall don’t come here -same repeat guest -no marketing done at all, many times made suggestions to only hit a dead end -huge turn over of consultants -lack of training in all departments COMPANY ONLY CARES ANOUT HOW MUCH YOU COULD BE WORTH TO THEM SAVE THE TIME AND TROUBLE GO ELSEWHERE NOTHING AMAZING ABOUT THIS PLACE

Paying is horrible here only $12 per hour and the commission is so low. You need more then 3 client a day for a full week to make commission which is only $26 for a full set which take 2hrs meaning you only make $13 per hour.
