Pros

Commission is great if you are good at sales! Pretty good hours. Free lash extensions.

Cons

Management. They could be pretty condescending. Difficult to get days off approved. Poor communication amongst coworkers.

Pros

The pros are you’re close to Whole Foods so you can eat well and the girls I worked with were nice.

Cons

There is no parking so you spend about $30+ a day just for parking or you can take the bus but they won’t work with your schedule so you can actually make the bus. They pay below minimum wage but say they have competitive wages. They only let you have 7 days off a year and they constantly change you’re schedule on you without any notice. They lie to you and say there is career opportunities but never follow through. They just tell you what you want to hear so you don’t quit.

The staff is rude, the manager is rude, the owner sucks at handling her staff
