Great tips!!! Paid training Good motivating environment Opportunities to grow and advance Frequent promotions Flexible schedule Easy job that doesn't require physical exertion Always booked schedule Will be paid even for a no show client Free services Discount on products

Cons

Commission on retail is little Isn't an easy job to start Can have drama (just stay out of it) Membership rules are unreasonable Glue is constantly changing No benefits (every location is different)

The managers are terrible people the owner talks about her employees behind their backs. They are unprofessional and disrespectful and the training was a joke. They are constantly hiring because people are constantly quitting. This is a warning READ THE CONTACT!!! DON’T WORK HERE !!!!!
