Pros
"free lashes" is the only pro of working here, but even so, they cater more to the paying clients rather than their employees. Why offer free lashes, if you'll never have the opportunity to maintain the up keep of them? The only reason this review received a star at all is because at the end of the day, it was a job that helped to pay my bills and put food on the table and at one point, I really enjoyed working for this company, during my short duration. A one star is fair enough due to that statement.
Cons
This company, Eastvale location; they cheat during holiday competitions that are held nationwide, there is favoritism, and whomever management likes the most, they give them the most hours. During our monthly meetings, they have a "winner" for all the LC's but isn't graded fairly (i.e: one girl works FULL TIME and during the BUSIEST of days, and always wins the monthly "top seller"). HOW is that even fair? They take away your hours if you disagree with them or do one minor thing incorrectly, or not to the owners "standards". They constantly blame the "system" on EVERYTHING!!! They lie to their customers, constantly... especially, when the owner moves/ adjusts appointments and have trained us to just, "blame it on the system". Which, I don't think is fair or right, whatsoever... alongside with the cheating. The way their corporate operates, is no a place that I want to be a part of. This company is so money hungry that they barely care about their clients, and they only offer free services just to make the client happy so they don't write a bad review on yelp. This location has even gone to the depths of falsifying fake accounts to write their own "5 star" review due to the horrible one's we've recently received. I don't agree with the fact that the LS's make the same as LC's, when they're the ones doing all the work. The owner of this facility hoovers over everything you're doing when you're trying to do your job, up at the front, this place has become such a hostile environment to work for. Management shares confidential information (i.e: when a fellow coworker has been suspended/terminated), which is against the law. Had I've read some of these past reviews I'd never have agreed to work for such a greedy, money hungry, company that lies, cheats and treats their employee's unfairly and others with the utmost favoritism.
