-horrible management -you only get paid either hourly or commission depending on which is highest -low hourly rate -takes a long time to move up a tier even if you get up to speed in time -front desk is not trained properly which makes the stylists work harder -customers aren't fully aware of the policies when they sign up for the membership (bc it doesn't get explained) so in turn they end up complaining to the stylists about things that aren't in our power to change -only 3% commission on retail yet you are told to push retail every single day, so you make the company hundreds but you get paid pennies -commission gets cut frequently so you never know how much you're really going to make -health insurance was supposed to kick off in march but since the company is always changing stuff up we still are without insurance -also expect your checks to be short and to have to be up your managers a** to get it fixed

Don't make the owner upset or he will literally yell at you in front of people. I witnessed him do this to one of the girls at the front desk for wasting the AC.
