+Great if you manage to work at a location that has a great manager and owner who actually cares about the business. +If all you want to do in life is Lash Extensions or front desk then this is it!

+Unprofessional management +With it being a franchise open to new owners, makes for confusion and chaos when new owners come in and change previous policy's +Front desk positions are under paid for the amount of work that's required
