Pros

Management cares whole-heartedly about their employees. I've been with the company since 2013 and I couldn't have made a better decision in my career. I've had the opportunity to do what I love and advance tremendously. I've worked at some crummy places, so I'm very grateful that management listens and cares about our success.

Cons

A few stylists here and there who don't really care. This is an art, not just a pass time.

Everyone you work with us fun to be around. It's nice coming to work knowing that you'll be around people who you can joke around with & have a good time!! Love my bosses, LC's, & stylists. By far my favorite job that I've ever had!!!!

Cons

I can't think of any besides living so far but this place is the best! Worth the drive I make everyday!
