Do not work here

Pros

Benefits and a couple people are nice

Cons

You are just a number. I've worked here almost 5 years. I've trained over 1000 people. No recognition and overlooked to move up. I worked in multiple departments and trained in them too. Horrible managers and don't even get me started on HR. HR was even worse during my mother's death from cancer. You only get somewhere if you kiss up to the higher ups.

Extra responsibility

Pros

More variety of work tasks. Able to come and go easily, good if you have a family life as well.

Cons

No raise for more responsibility. They say it helps with being promoted but haven't seen that happen yet even with my Bache degree.
