Pros
As someone who did not have any experience or a CDL, Amazon is a great place to learn the industry and get a free CDL with no contract obligations. It doesn't pay well for 24/7 OTR trucking but for 4-10 hour days. no overtime and some driving experience. Its great.
Cons
Safety, Safety, Safety. Safety is great. especially in trucking, but like everything else, Amazon tries to overdo it and fosters employees to find loopholes or forget what is or isn't allowed.
