The time off is good. You pick when you come in and leave as long as you have enough time. Only pro

Cons

Company is way too big people make decisions that have no idea how the job functions work the managers get annoyed by it but even their opinion cant fix anything. Safety is a joke they are there to make your job harder. They dont hold people accountable instead they punish everyone
