Pros

-positive work environment -everyone is super helpful -they spoil their employees with food, prizes, and recognition -they make sure you have the support you need -working 3-4 days a week and still being full time -getting 3-4 days off a week

Cons

-This isn't a con for me, but might be for some people. It's a 24/7, 365 position. We work 11.5 hour shifts. (My shift for example is 3 pm - 2:30 am) -Working on holidays if you spend them with family.
