Pros

easy to follow and takes minutes to referr someone. User friendly platform. It auto populates after attaching the resume or curriculum on almost all fields reducing effort.

Cons

Some fields are not require, why are they there? are they really needed if they are? but still not required.

Pros

RSUs, Company will take over the world, Work with very smart people. Team is young and vert enthusiastic, you get ecommerce exposure which is a hot topic right now.

Cons

Terrible tools! You don’t learn anything that’s used outside of amazon. Awful work hours. Leaders are so smart they make an effort to make you look stupid in front of others
