Pros

Pay and benefits are awesome!

Cons

The company does not treat you respectfully. They work you like a dog, and only provide minor incentives to keep you quiet about it. NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE!

Absolute garbage

Pros

Being able to work from home and helping people

Cons

The management is absolute garbage. They like to say we are customer obsessed, but DLS case managers are excluded from that. In less than 1.5 years I have been bounced between 4 teams and 4 different managers. 2/4 were great. The current one now is absolute trash. Case managers are over worked and DLS has been struggling with a backlog that it’s never ending. Management looks at numbers, but they have no clue what the numbers actually entail. Other departments aren’t this bad. Apply for any other department other than DLS.
