Pros

Great on resume You'll learn more here in less time than anywhere else Decent benefits If you find a "good" team, you may luck out with a decent work culture as it really depends on your particular org.

Cons

Low impact - processes are broken and there's not always time to stop and fix them Commitment - you're expected to work nights and weekends to work on projects, and it's not often that you stop and celebrate wins - it's usually just "on to the next" A lot of politics - everyone's out for themselves at all times, and it undermines the work itself

Pros

Amazing and talented co-workers, very warm environment, exciting projects, supportive management that really want you to be successful.

Cons

organized chaos within the office. Like any new company, structure and guidelines are a work in progress, so that will change soon. It's all a WIP!
