Pros

I work in the Sustainability org. Very cool people, super fulfilling work. People's mileage may vary based on their team but I personally have a very good work/life balance and enjoy coming in every day.

Cons

The parking situation is bad, and you dont get garage access until well past the first year. They give you an unlimited bus ticket but its a long walk to my nearest bus stop.

Pros

Stocks are generous. Work with smart people.

Cons

Many people there are very driven and will do whatever it takes to get ahead including stomping on others. Averaged 2-3 different managers per year. Amazon does not invest in it's people. People are never penalized for being outright jerks as no leadership principle pertains to that. Not a healthy work environment. No good work/life balance

Pros

- leadership principles are the best thing that I learned - stability because of Amazon is a big name

Cons

- Leadership who does not value design. The ones who do look for visuals and people who can sell. - No design exposure or growth
