      Make your own schedule. Great Pay. Good staff. Reliable Easy to access loads and different dispatch systems

      No Con's it definitely was a great opportunity and learning experience

      Nobody looking over your shoulder, get paid twice a week, you are your own boss

      Cons

      A LOT of dishonest drivers who abandon fully loaded carts in the parking lot daily, drivers cheat & manipulate Amazon’s servers by using BOTS, managers post blocks (shifts) in a way that support BOT users and cheaters, often delivering in crime plagued area in the dark, Support staff is useless most of the time, dishonest customers often claim they didn’t receive packages causing drivers to get penalized

      can be easy. other drivers are friendly

      Cons

      no communication when there is a difficult route. your rating goes down despite errors in map/ too many boxes to fit in car etc. banned me twice without explanation and didn't allow me to appeal
