Pros

Good for a flexible work schedule.

Cons

The way the system is set up to get hours is useless. Only those with bots or people who are willing to stay up all night are able to get consistent hours. There is also little to no support for issues that come up while out delivering , and you will be blamed for absolutely everything.

Pros

Work for yourself, on your own time.

Cons

Pay is not sufficient for vehicle upkeep and taxes, software is extremely faulty, customer service is pretty much non existent, you are not on a level playing field, policies are unjust and unfair to the driver. You will never get enough blocks to make what you need in a week. People even use bots/software to win blocks. You will wait at stations for hours staring at your phone and never receive packages or talk to anyone.
