      Bad customers service, no long term job

      Flexible schedule, great pay

      Cons

      No live person to talk to if a customer say they didn't receive their package( pictures are taken) bad management, lack of communication between contractor(you) and Amazon flex support, no phone number to reach support to address an issue off road.

      3-5 days wasted to sign up You can give your availability in advance, but offers mainly appear last second 2-30 minutes before you have to be at a destination they won't provide until after you accept. Often hit "refresh" button on app for hours without seeing an offer. To date all offers have been for Restaurant delivery during rush hour times and a few for very early morning grocery delivery. Blocks have mainly been 1. 5-2 hours, some 3 and a few 4 hours. Not a single package delivery offer seen to date.
